National Ag Day Dinner RSVP Form

Please confirm your participation in A National Celebration of Agriculture Dinner, March 11, 2008 in the Whitten Building Patio in Washington, DC. The event will begin with registration at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and a program at 7:30 p.m. Cost for this event is $100 per person or $1,000 for a reserved table of 10. If you wish to reserve a table for 10, please include the additional attendee's names in the comments/additional attendees box below. A cash bar will be available for this event.
